Rates:

Self-Pay: $145/1 hour session

JHC therapy accepts insurances including: 

  • Aetna 

  • Cigna 

  • UnitedHealthCare

  • OptumHealth

  • Managed Care Concepts (Memorial Health)

Subject to your individual co-pays/co-insurances and deductibles

 

If your insurance is not listed above we can look at your out-of-network benefits.​

Payment is due upon services rendered.

Payments are securely processed through SimplePractice Software.

Hours:

  • Flexible Hours are available Monday - Friday

    • (mornings, afternoons and evenings)

Cancellation Policy

Your counseling appointments are set especially to fit your schedule and needs. If you must cancel we ask you provide 24 hour notice or be subject to a

full session fee of $145.  

Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees.
