According to Anxiety & Depression Association of America anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the US, affecting over 40 million adults every year.  Unfortunately though, only 36.9% of those suffering from anxiety will get treatment. Don't be the 63.1% and think that therapy or other forms of treatment can't help.  

Anxiety symptoms are different for everyone.  They can appear at all hours of the day.  It can also affect not only your mental health but your physical health.  

Can anxiety be cured?

Anxiety symptoms can be lowered by lifestyle changes, therapy, normalizing your worries, replacing your worries with healthy coping skills and lowering stress.  Anxiety feeds off bad and negative habits.  If your anxiety habits are replaced or modified, your anxiety could be lowered.  Healthy sleep patterns are vital for lowering anxiety as well.  Increasing your self-esteem, feeling more confident and finding joy will all lower your anxiety as well.
